How has coaching changed your life:

There’s no question that I owe my success to the many coaches and mentors I’ve had along the way. Not only has it exponentially increased my income and financial health, it’s allowed me to live a life I never could have imagined. Inevitably life brings challenges in every area of life, not just business. I’ve struggled as a father, as an employer, in my marriage, and with friendships to name a few. I can’t imagine navigating those moments without my “personal board of directors.” The clarity I get from those whom I know have my best interest in mind (with no emotional attachment) is something I’ve come to rely on and really enjoy. The result has been a life that I’m proud of with so much more to do!

How has coaching changed your life:

Coaching has allowed me to be more present with those I care about, while leading a business that I am proud of. In return, coaching and mentoring other mortgage professionals to level up their own businesses has helped me level up all aspects of my life because how we do one thing is how we do everything. But more importantly, being a positive impact in the lives of my employees, business partners, and colleagues is a reward that I couldn’t put a price on.

How has coaching changed your life:

It is impossible for me to overstate the impact that coaching and mentorship have had on my life. I am a better leader, better educator, better influencer, better husband, better father, and generally better human being because of the insights I have gained over the years from those farther down the path than I am.

I think of the road towards true self-actualization (peak of the human needs pyramid) to be like climbing a mountain. At first, I was climbing it alone with no map or compass. Not only did coaching provide me a clear roadmap to becoming the 100% version of myself, it also introduced me to people that were willing to put out a hand and pull me up the mountain a ways. I didn’t have to do it alone, and I now feel a strong sense of obligation to put a hand out to others and pull them up. No matter what point of the mountain you are on, it’s more fun to have others there with you.

Josh resides in Park City, Utah, with his wife, Hilary, his kids, Zander and, Aria, and Cosmo, the wonder dog.

How has coaching changed your life:

Coaching has provided me with an invaluable outside perspective of how I'm showing up to the rest of the world. A great coach once shared with me that it's hard to see the picture frame when you're in the picture. That external view has helped me course-correct time and time again, and it has been invaluable to my success and enjoyment of life.

That being said, it's possible the most valuable aspect of coaching has been the connections and other coaching students I’ve been able to collaborate with and learn from. Building long-term, multi-decade-long relationships with mortgage professionals that I respect and can learn from has been more valuable than I could've ever imagined.

How has coaching changed your life:

The biggest impact coaching has had on my life is giving me the courage and confidence to write my own business plan, which was not popular at the time, and make it work for me, my family and my clients. I call this the Female Factor. I wanted it all; wife, mother, respected business woman, friend, daughter, and holistic woman.

I have found that most people who seek coaching have many great ideas, are creative and innovative. Coaching helps fine tune these ideas into systems, messages, brands, and a purpose. Throughout my life I have always had a coach and participated in coaching groups. Many people within these coaching groups have become my mentors, lifelong friends, and my personal tribe.

Shakarri is the epitome of a creator. She possesses the ability to bring into existence aesthetically sound content, direction, and creative execution. Her marketing career began during her days as a collegiate athlete where she assisted organizations, businesses, and individuals in propelling to the next level. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, she moved back home to Jacksonville, Florida, and continued her marketing endeavors. She’s played multiple roles as creative director, photographer, videographer, graphic designer, brand developer, social media coordinator, and more. Shakarri’s versatility has carried her through a variety of industries that include; beauty, sports, music, education, and telecommunications. Joining Triibe Coaching, she now adds the mortgage industry to that list, serving as a Marketing Associate.

What inspired you to join the Triibe Coaching team?

For the past 15 years, I’ve witnessed my mother begin to excel in the mortgage industry. During that time, I’ve been able to closely witness the ups and downs when it came to her work and life. There was clearly a lack of balance, team culture, leadership, and plenty more of those 23 metrics that the Triibe coaches educate on. Coaching and guidance in those areas could have benefitted, not only her, but our family as well. I am honored to be able to witness and display the impact that these coaches are implementing throughout this platform.

Triibe Coaching emphasizes loving your life along your journey, and that is necessary for us all to grasp. I am inspired because this team is truly committed to being a part of change in the lives of others within this demanding industry, and it hits home for me. I'm blessed to be a part of the Triibe.

Bio:

Kate has worn many hats in the corporate and customer service world. She spent a significant portion of her career working for Petco Animal Supplies, both in store management and as a corporate Regulatory Compliance Specialist. She took some time away from the corporate world to focus on raising her three children (Dillon, Lincoln and Evelyn). During and after that time, Kate served in many different roles focusing on education and childcare. She serves Triibe coaching using many skills gleaned from her background, ensuring our students experience the connectedness of the Triibe and are cared-for in a personalized way.

Kate resides in the North San Diego area with her Marine Corps Veteran husband and three young children. Her main interests include camping, CrossFit, literature, her rescue mutt from Baja, and ferrying her children to all their various sports.

What inspired you to join the Triibe Coaching team?

From the onset, the mission and guiding principles of Triibe appealed to me greatly. My husband is a Realtor in Southern California. As his partner in raising a family I have seen firsthand the difficulties of professionals in this industry, especially the ways in the industry can be so energy consuming. I was strongly attracted to our Coaches’s emphasis on coaching members to invest in all areas of their lives, and not solely focus on production and wealth. I earnestly believe that we are shaping better humans and providing a measurable impact for their whole families. I am very grateful to be a part of this Triibe!

Anitza has been successful in the sales, customer service and administrative industry for over 15 years. She recently found a new passion in corporate event planning & management. It has allowed her to pair her passion for people and furthering the impact of the company's mission.  She most delights in building relationships with clients and assisting them in finding the best products or services that are suited for them and their financial goals. Anitza moved into the mortgage industry in 2015 with the goal of helping educate and advise clients regarding their largest asset, their home.

What inspired you to join the Triibe Coaching team?

Both my parents are 1st generation immigrants, who were able to achieve home ownership thanks to the help and dedication of a very special loan officer, who didn’t just see them as another transaction. He took the time to analyze their situation and found them a path to homeownership. I was fortunate enough to see Triibe’s coaches in action while working at NEO Home Loans, I saw how they equipped loan officers with the tools and resources needed to help their buyers make educated decisions about their home purchase. A purchase that can help a buyer create generational wealth.

So I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of Triibe, a company whose mission is connecting mortgage professionals with coaches that can provide them with tools to have a fruitful, healthy, and successful professional AND personal life. Which therefore allows them to show up in their best capacity for their clients. The coaches’ desire to help mortgage professionals change the mortgage industry as a whole, while also focusing on personal development was a major draw for me to join the Triibe team. I couldn’t be more excited to be part of this team  and engage with the members of our Triibe!
