All Triibe memberships give you access to exclusive coaching webinars, a library of courses covering the 23 areas of life and business, and a network of supportive loan officers to amplify the highest version of yourself  and inspire you to reach your goals. Tier 2 members also gain access to small-group coaching with a dedicated Triibe coach and 2-3 other members.

We host two interactive webinars per month, each of which lasts one hour and addresses at least one of the 23 areas of life and business that we coach across.

• Webinar 1: Mortgage Mastermind: The Triibe Coaches share specific strategies, tactics, scripts, and resources they are using to thrive in today's market and increase their overall happiness.
• Webinar 2: Implementation and Q&A with Triibe Coaches: The Triibe Community talks about implementation wins/challenges and the coaches address members' top business and life concerns in a LIVE Q&A format. Whether it's managing a team, converting leads, marketing or personal relationships, all topics are fair game.

We believe in fully opening our playbooks. After webinars, we share ALL resources, game film examples, etc that was referred to or shown during the webinar. In many cases we share them in a rebrandable format so you can swipe them and use them yourself. So far, the record for the fastest implementation is 5 hours. Join us and beat the record.

Small Group Coaching includes everything in the Tier 1 program as well as monthly small group coaching with one of our coaches. During the first 30-45 days, you'll have two to three 1:1s with your coach, then you will meet 1x per month with your coach and 2-3 of your peers.

Groups are intentionally curated so you are paired with an excellent coach for your journey and other members who may be on a similar journey or on a path complimentary to your journey. Coaching is customized to you and your coach will give you assignments. We rotate groups every 6-9 months.

We’re so confident in our value that we don’t ask for a contract – membership is month to month – so if you don’t feel it’s worth it, you can leave at any time.

The short answer is, it depends. Tier 2 students are assigned a coach after an initial assessment and a discovery conversation that seeks to uncover more about what you’re looking to accomplish through coaching. Based on that conversation, a Triibe coach that is best suited to help you on your specific journey will be recommended.
